Ruti De Vries

רותי דה פריס

Ruti de Vries (1989) is a multidisciplinary artist with a BA from the Midrasha School of Art and a MA from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design. Her works are characterized by a multifaceted exploration of materiality and substance. Ruti investigates relationships between two- and three-dimensionality, between an object and  It's material, and between the image and its artificial representation.

She has exhibited extensively in Israel and abroad, including a solo exhibition at the Nachum Gutman Museum, a solo exhibition at the Institut Français in Tel Aviv, and participation in group exhibitions at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, the Herzliya Museum, the Bat Yam Museum, and more.

Ruti de Vries's works are held in the collection of the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, the Schocken Collection, the Atlas Hotels Collection, and numerous private collections in Israel and around the world.
