Merav Kamal (1988) and Halil Balabin (1987) have been working together since 2012. Their work combines humor, imagination, and a rebellious creative stance. They work in a variety of techniques, including soft sculpture, painting, drawing, relief, etching, and installation.
Merav and Halil have participated in numerous exhibitions in Israel and around the world, including a solo exhibition at the Israel Museum and a solo exhibition at the Herzliya Museum. Their work is featured in the collections of the Israel Museum, the Tel Aviv Museum, the Herzliya Museum, the Petach Tikva Museum of Art, the Discount Bank Collection, the Schocken Collection, the Ronnie and Ellen Bar-On Collection, the Dubi Shiff Collection, the Anne and Ari Rosenblatt Collection, the Ferneholz Collection, and many private collections in Israel and around the world.
