General Provisions

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to all users of the website located at www.georgearkin.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all use of the Site, including but not limited to use through a computer or any other means of communication.

Site Changes

George Arkin (the "Company") reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to change these Terms, including the terms of use and the terms of purchase of artwork.

General Rules

• George Arkin is a website that allows for the direct purchase of original and unique artwork.

• All artwork is sold at a fixed and final price. A sale is final only after the user has received a confirmation email from the Site, has agreed to the terms and conditions of shipping, and has paid the full amount of the purchase. Order fulfillment is subject to product availability. The user will not have any claim if the product is out of stock. The Site may offer the user alternatives.

• Artwork will be delivered by a courier company at a fixed price of 100 NIS. In the event that the size or nature of the artwork requires special transportation or if the customer's geographical location is remote, an additional fee will be charged in coordination with the customer. The maximum delivery time is 21 days. In the event of a delay, the Site will contact the customer. In any case, the Site will not be liable for any delay beyond its control, caused by a third party or by the customer himself.

• The artwork on the Site is not framed unless otherwise expressly stated.

• The Company does not guarantee that the use of the Site will be uninterrupted and does not assume any responsibility in this regard. The Site shall not be liable for the server through which the Site operates, including but not limited to the fact that the said server will be free of viruses or other components that may damage the user's computer while browsing and purchasing from the Site.

• No part of the images or information displayed on the Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, marketed, or otherwise used without the express written consent of the Site.

• All images on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. There may be variations in color and size of the actual artwork.

• The price of the artwork is final as stated on the Site. George Arkin may change the terms of sale and the prices of the artwork from time to time, as well as the payment options offered on the Site. As of today, George Arkin is a VAT-exempt entity and therefore a receipt will be issued upon payment.

• Any person who is legally competent or a minor who has received parental consent is entitled to purchase artwork on the Site. The Site may deny access to users who do not meet the conditions. Some activities on the Site require registration and the provision of personal information. The user declares that the information he or she has provided is correct and complete.

• Credit card approval is a condition for completing the transaction. Failure to approve payment within 5 days will result in the order being canceled.

• Except in cases provided for by the Consumer Protection Law 1981, no refund will be given for the return of artwork.

• You may return or exchange an artwork for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is undamaged. In the case of a returned artwork, a refund will only be issued once the artist has confirmed that the artwork has been returned to them in perfect condition.

• A 5% return fee + shipping costs will apply to all returns. These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• To return an artwork, please contact: info@georgearkin.com. Please include your full name, artwork details, receipt, and a detailed reason for the return in your email. We will contact you within 48 hours. There is no need to cancel the transaction with your credit card company.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The use of the Site shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

The exclusive jurisdiction for any matter relating to the use of the Site shall be solely in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
