Thank you for choosing to purchase a beautiful piece of art through us.

At George Arkin, we will make every effort to deliver your artwork to your home as soon as possible. The maximum delivery time for your purchased artwork is 21 business days. In exceptional cases, a different delivery time will be indicated on the purchase screen.

Artworks are shipped by courier to the address you specified at the time of order.

The cost of standard shipping to your home is 100 NIS.

The cost of special shipping, due to the size of the package, weight or remote geographical location (of the artist or the buyer), will be calculated individually, an email about this will be sent before finalizing the transaction.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange a purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is undamaged. In the case of a return, a refund will only be issued once the artist has confirmed that the work has been returned to them in perfect condition.

Return Fees.

A 5% return fee + shipping costs will apply to all returns. These costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Please include your full name, order details, receipt, and a reason for the return in your email. We will contact you within 48 hours. You do not need to cancel the transaction with your credit card company.
